What was the tag?
Police do not usually show the tags as it seems to encourage more tagging.
I'm actually way more curious where the pictures of this guy doing that, came from.
He needs to have a repair meeting with the police and receive restorative justice.
I’d guess a security cam is most probable. Either that or somebody happened to video him. Of course it could be a “conspiracy” to catch vandals. After that it’s the usual suspects. Aliens, Bigfoot, etc.
