Hi for one and am so thankful that we have you. There’s several different ways to contact people by Phone. I always get somebody that knows what they’re talking about and who can understand me and I can understand them. I can also go to a real store a real store where is centrally located? Shopping mall called Northgate with fantastic Parking and those people also know what they’re talking about. My children have lived in other places where they can’t get Comcast and all the woes that go on. Thank you, Comcast and Or so it’s just fine with me. I’ve been with you 35 years.

I've had exactly the opposite experience of the previous comment, which frankly reads like AI. Comcast is currently down for me, one day after this supposedly planned outage, but no notifications were sent. I am completely without service, yet the company claims there are no problems. Replacing the equipment has not helped. The staff at their stores will tell you they are only sales people and they have no training for support. So they have no idea what the service codes mean in a person's account, and they can't — and won't — look them up. I would never recommend this company to anyone if there's a choice for ISPs.

I text 266-278 with the word OUT You can also call 877-824-2288. Or you can unplug the box, wait a few minutes and plug it back in. Sometimes a neighborhood outage will affect your settings.
