Police departments around the state are mourning the death of 34-year-old Bellevue police motorcycle officer Jordan Jackson.

He was rushed to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, and died that evening. He leaves behind a wife and two children under the age of five.
People are driving too fast and not paying attention to the road ahead. It's happening everywhere in Washington. It wasn't this bad merely 5 years ago. The Police need to enforce ALL traffic laws. Speeding, tailgating, driving onto the far left immediately after making a right turn into traffic, stopping beyond the stopline at cross sections, etc,... Also, there should be a camera detection system that can identify people using thier phones while driving. And, all modified exhaust vehicles need to be impounded.
