I found out that these are Delphinium of Ranunculaceae (Buttercup family). The common name is Larkspur. Delphinium came from the Ancient Greek word delphÃnion which means dolphin.
Maybe the upper part — I still think bunny ears — can look like dolphin’s tail.

I found Delphinium at Twin Ponds Community Garden in Shoreline.
Correction: the flower is at the Twin Ponds Community Garden, not Twin Ponds Park.
