Hundreds maintain physical distancing on Edmonds Beach

Waders, swimmers, dog walkers, hikers, and sunbathers, dressed in everything from swim trunks to backpacks and hiking boots lined the beach.
Everyone maintained appropriate physical space. Views included a snowcapped mountain, ferries, possibly some marine life under the dock, and lots of people.

Interestingly enough, dogs on the beach are prohibited because of the damage they cause to marine life from urinating and defecating but, that doesn't stop their owners from bringing them to the beach. The beach in the picture has plenty of signs about no dogs allowed. The fish and game determined this area to be spawning grounds for forage fish. Dogs damage the spawning grounds.
