5th NE has been closed southbound at N 145th
Northbound vehicles will still be able to exit from I-5 onto 5th.
The far south end of 5th, visible in the photo as a steep hill, will be open for the three or four properties that need access.
5th as a through street will be closed for several years, during light rail construction.

Prep work continues on the site of the 145th light rail station - more technically at 148th between 5th NE and I-5.
