NUHSA to hear about Eastside Legal Assistance Program on Wednesday

You are invited to our next NUHSA meeting on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 from 9:30am - 11am in room 301 at Shoreline City Hall 17500 Midvale Ave N, 98133. Free parking in City garage.

After an update on King County's homelessness redesign efforts, we will hear a presentation from the Eastside Legal Assistance Program (ELAP), which provides high-quality, no-cost civil legal aid to low-income residents and survivors of domestic violence.

NUHSA is the North Urban Human Services Alliance. NUHSA advocates for human services in North King County (NKC) on behalf of its residents and the agencies that serve them. Although it is the smallest, and often forgotten, sub-region of King County, our communities are well-connected and in a position to address key community needs.

NUHSA empowers these communities to meet the critical human service needs in our area and establish a sustainable system of social and health services for Bothell, Kenmore, Lake Forest Park, Shoreline and Woodinville residents.
