The open land at the corner of NE 188th and 10th NE is in the Seattle City Light right of way under the high voltage power lines.

The ground needs to be solid and level to hold heavy equipment

It was recently cleared and leveled to be used by Sound Transit. They will store equipment there while they are building the Shoreline North / 185th Transit Station.

Almost ready for heavy equipment and the next steps in building the transit station.

  1. Hopefully it will become a green space again after construction is finished. My dog would love to go on walks to the power lines but sadly he cannot do that anymore
