Residential structure fire at 146th and 12th NE in Shoreline, Friday evening, November 9, 2018. Extinguished under crawl space.
In other fire news, Shoreline firefighters are on their way to California.
In old news from October 28:
Call this morning prior to 7am for a possible rescue of family on a boat that was beached on sandbar by Point Wells. They had gotten out and safely to shore prior to our arrival. However, because the boat was still beached, more calls were made to 911 for us to investigate. The ATV was utilized to cover all the potential locations up and down the beach. Thanks to: Sno Co, King Co and Coast Guard.
Current news:
Badge pinning ceremony for two of our recent promotions. Congratulations to driver/engineer Michael Majeed on his promotion to Lieutenant. Congratulations also to Firefighter Jared Linke on his promotion to Driver/Engineer. We wish these two exceptional firefighters much success in their new roles.
