Forum Sunday on Initiative 1631

Initiative 1631, the carbon-tax proposal on the November ballot, will be the subject of a forum at 11:30am Sunday, October 14, 2018 in the basement of the Richmond Beach Congregational Church at the corner of NW Richmond Beach Road and 15th Avenue NW (1512 NW 195th St, Shoreline).

Initiative Measure No. 1631 concerns pollution.
This measure would charge pollution fees on sources of greenhouse gas pollutants and use the revenue to reduce pollution, promote clean energy, and address climate impacts, under oversight of a public board. Should this measure be enacted into law?
