Buttering the salmon

On Sunday, September 9, 2018, Lake Forest Park Police Department held its Annual Salmon BBQ supporting Special Olympics at the Third Place Commons Farmers' Market in Town Center.

A steady line of customers all day

Despite the early morning's cloudiness the weather cleared and the day warmed up in time for Chief Sutton's ride in the dunk tank. He survived.

The dunk tank awaits

At one thirty pm there was still a line of customers. The BBQ Master was constantly busy cooking salmon. Officers buttered the salmon to keep it moist and tasty while cooking.

The chef was busy

A lot of salmon went over the counter for a highly successful day for LFPPD and The Special Olympics!
