State health officials suspended the license of Bothell social worker and chemical dependency treatment provider Brian Keith Hall (LW.60492025, CP.00005232) pending further legal action.
Charges state Hall asked a juvenile client to lay his head on a pillow in Hall’s lap while Hall touched the client’s torso and head. Hall allegedly touched the client’s torso with his hand in a rubbing motion, at times below the client’s clothing, and asked the client sexual questions unrelated to legitimate health care purposes. Hall is also charged with inappropriate conduct related to two other juvenile clients.
Hall cannot practice as a social worker or a chemical dependency treatment provider in Washington until the charges are resolved. He has 20 days to respond to the charges and request a hearing.
