Seafair pirates enliven the parade

Mountlake Terrace's big, annual Tour de Terrace starts on Friday and runs through Sunday - although not all events happen every day.

Tour de Terrace is the Seafair-Sanctioned, summer festival for Mountlake Terrace and neighboring communities. 

Presented by a small group of dedicated volunteers, this festival was created in 1993 to generate community spirit and pride. 

We invite families, businesses and visitors to celebrate in this family oriented, fun-filled festival.

It starts Friday evening with a good, old-fashioned parade, complete with Seafair pirates. (Map below)

Saturday and Sunday morning - the $5 pancake breakfast

Saturday only - Classic car, truck, and motorcycle show

Saturday only - 5k fun run / walk

All three days local musicians will perform on the music stage. The final performance of the event, on Sunday from 4-6pm features Shorecrest graduate Stacy Jones.

A carnival with a midway and big rides will run from 2pm Friday to 6pm Sunday.

Vendors, food booths, and a beer garden will operate throughout in the Street Fair.

And finally - medicate the dogs and warn the PTSD veterans to prepare. They have a fireworks show on Saturday night. It starts around 10pm.
