Lost tuxedo cat

Typical tuxedo cat similar to the
missing cat Toby
Lost Cat. 15 yr. old male tuxedo (black with white chest and paws). Toby has been missing since February and was last seen near N.198th and Linden Ave N. on Wednesday, May 2.

The cat in the photo is NOT Toby but is an example of a tuxedo cat. Each cat will have varying degrees of white, particularly on its face.

    Is there anyway to identify this cat from any other tuxedo cats? Does it have a tag, a chip? Any sort of identifiable feature? Saying there is a missing tuxedo cat is about as useful as saying there is a missing gray tabby, i.e. they're not terribly rare.
