Cold weather prevailed and snow put a light cover over the area during the early hours Thursday. It was still cold in the morning and traffic was slow.
More cold weather and snow is predicted (see WeatherWatcher), but spring shoots are still growing.

And Wednesday was beautiful, clear, and sunny (if a little chilly!)
