This is what you get - a beautiful moonscape - but not a super, blue, blood moon.
Close. This shot was taken on Tuesday, early evening, before all the clouds rolled in. So technically, it's a super, blue moon - far away.
It must be really frustrating to be an astronomer in the Pacific Northwest.
