Kind of hard to be thoughtful and respectful when our government in charge of storm water pollution had an opportunity to prevent pollution at the source from parking lots, roads or highways by installing filters in catch basins. Thirty years ago someone invented a filter for storm drains. The storm water pollution is still a problem because why? If storm water pollution is so critical to salmon, orcas and Puget Sound health what is taking so long to do ANYTHING to prevent it?
Studies, research, analysis, testing, and educating isn't working still, WAKE UP PEOPLE! It may be too late to save salmon habitat and Puget Sound, why?, because the people in charge don't care.
