A recent arrival to suburban living and lifestyle, artist billy king, best known for his many pop-up galleries in downtown Seattle, resurfaces in Lake Forest Park with a spectacular show of Prints, Paintings and Travel Journals. The location inside the LFP Town Center is the former satellite campus for Shoreline Community College. Spacious and varied, the contemporary space is right next to 3rd Place Commons stage. One of the first to use empty storefronts for annual Pop-Up galleries, this will be Billy King popup #29!

The focus this year is on a new collection of full color giclee prints including a new edition of Chapala Boats and a stunning variety of knockoffs of earlier hand colored out-of-print block prints like IL BISTRO; CHINATOWN TAI-TUNG; OTHER PEOPLE; and a collection of fabric prints of Billy King murals around Seattle.

Open Thurs-Sunday 12-5 PM, billy king Pop-Up Gallery is also open by appointment or phone call. "Where I live is only a few minutes from the mall", says the artist. "Call me and I will be right there... in the meantime browse through Third Place Books"!
