Deep in planning? How about they took over Ronald Wastewater in all but name?
ReplyDeleteHow about telling the public that Ronald Wastewater and the City of Shoreline have spent over $2 million on litigation? That $2 million was the total 20 year savings for utility unification, the storage yard will cost twice as much as the unification study estimated, and the unification study storage yard was 9 times what it was estimated in the SPU feasibility study.
