New Ballinger Apartments under construction


The Ballinger Apartments are currently under construction. Located at 1795 NE 205th Street, the building is five stories, with 72 units.

It is on the street behind Ballinger Village, facing Mountlake Terrace businesses across the street on 244th SW.

    It's a shame that the pocket urban forest was destroyed for this.

    What a lovely view of the shopping center roof. Traffic is already a becoming a huge problem in this area. Guaranteed the city didn't include any traffic improvements this development has to make.
