Sex & Stress - A Workshop for Women

Come learn from two mental health professionals - Aimee Heffernan and Shoreline resident Cher Anderton - about how you can feel solid and grounded (and maybe even good!) no matter what stress you are experiencing, as well as ways to love and appreciate your amazing, sexual self.

This is not your typical "eat better, exercise more, spice up the bedroom" workshop. Enjoy a night of learning, laughter and an overall sense of feeling awesome about yourself and walk away with a new zest for life.

Invite your friends, sisters, mamas, anyone who identifies as female! Gathering at Vesper in Shoreline after the event. Space is limited. Click here for tickets.

Cher Anderton is a full-time counselor at a Shoreline elementary school and has a private therapy practice in Shoreline.

Aimee Heffernan is a Bothell resident and marriage and family therapist who specializes in relationships and sexuality.
