Saturday, May 13, 2017
Early bird classes are coming to Get Strong First! The popular Functional Strength class is expanding to include sessions at 6 and 7am beginning May 16th.
Get Strong First Functional Training classes are hour-long group sessions targeted to individuals who want to build strength for everyday life, improve body composition, and live pain and injury-free.
The workouts include a dynamic warm-up, mobility drills, metabolic conditioning + high intensity exercises to burn calories and fat, and various resistance training and core exercises in a fun and engaging group environment.
Classes are taught with an emphasis on movement quality and the workouts can be scaled up or down to challenge any age and skill level. All sessions are led by a professionally trained member of the coaching staff.
