Tape the plastic sleeves together - use strong tape |
There are
many of us who still enjoy getting the Seattle Times delivered to our
door each day.
Along with the newspaper comes a narrow plastic bag that
begs for a way to be used.
Bob Plant, Shoreline kite builder
and flyer, has figured out a way to use these bags by creating long kite
tails.
He cuts the closed end off of each bag and tapes them together
end to end to create tube tails that may be as much as 50 or more feet
long.
Bob is involved in Windlessinshoreline, Seattle's only indoor kite flying group.
