Echo Lake resident Jean Ferguson was honored in an "Eric's Heroes" segment on KOMO TV for her 17 years of helping to stage Sunday breakfast for the homeless.

KOMO's Eric Johnson calls her "a giant of a humble little lady".

This week, we bring you a lovely lady who is the personification of that idea.
She gives of her time, and gives of her energy. She is passionate and COMpassionate. She asks nothing in return for her work. And she keeps doing it week after week, year after year.
