Make Spring 2017 your time to get moving and clear your mind.
Qigong (CHEE-gong) is "Meditation in Motion." You will learn to synchronize breath, posture and intention to clear, energize and balance your energies. This allows your body’s energy to flow more freely. Qigong can also increase your state of well-being, and provide more clarity and strength. No experience is required for this class. The exercises are slow moving and can be modified to meet the needs of each person's physical needs.

Mind Body Awareness Meditation builds confidence and will bring more clarity to your life and goals. Students will be provided with several different types of guided meditations and strategies to incorporate into their lives beyond their sitting meditation. These practices will help them to be more effective, healthy, happy and successful! Suitable for new and seasoned practitioners of meditation.
