Shoreline Community College has an opening for a Customer Service Specialist 2
Under the direction of the Associate Dean of Equity, Engagement and Counseling, the Customer Service Specialist 2 (CCS2) will support the College's and Counseling Department's commitment to student programs, excellence and student services. The CSS2 will act as the point person for contact with faculty, staff, students and community members. This position will answer phone calls, schedule appointments, maintain calendars and confidential files. They will provide primary office support and organization; resolve problems, compile and produce reports; track and manage expense reports, and respond to inquiries regarding relevant department and college rules, regulations, and policies/procedures.
