Blessing the animals at St. Dunstan's |
Sunday, October 2nd is the Feast Day of St Francis and St Ds will be blessing the animals.
By the way, on a typical Sunday, we have three to four dogs in our congregation. When we say “All are Welcome” we mean it!
The service begins at 10am with a party afterwards (or what we Episcopalians call, “Coffee Hour’).
Communion at St. Dunstan's |
Please bring your beloved companions for a blessing.
Oh, and yes, all creatures are welcome! For a couple of years, we had a guy that came with his boa constrictor wrapped around his shoulders!
