Voting For Judges - online information on judicial races
Monday, July 18, 2016
VotingforJudges.com is a nonpartisan, impartial source of information about judicial elections in the state of Washington.
The site was established in 2006 to provide information to voters in connection with the appellate judicial contests that year, and it has expanded to cover all judicial elections throughout the state.
To use the site, click the tab that says "Show My Elections" then select King county.
The King county page shows all the 2016 judicial elections and explains when they will appear on the ballot. Rules for judicial races are different than for regular races.
Following the links for each candidate will take you to pages that have the candidates' statements, backgrounds, a link to every major media story about the candidate, and a link to the TVW video voter's guide.
