City Administrator Pete Rose told the City Council that "This time of year the vegetation seems to be on a growing frenzy straight out of the 1986 movie 'Little Shop of Horrors.' We have the slope mower out, weed whackers out and the King County Correction Work Program folks out all trying to put a dent in the vegetation growth."
