Twelve of Seattle’s top trucks, with a wide variety of food, will rally at World Concern’s headquarters in Shoreline on Sunday, August 28 from noon to 4pm at 19303 Fremont Ave N, Shoreline 98133 for the World Concern's Mobile Food Fight for Hunger.

Feel good about what you spend on gourmet street food, knowing you are helping fight global hunger with your purchase.

Some of Seattle’s best (and nationally acclaimed) mobile eateries will be serving; from Where Ya At Matt’s New Orleans-style creole, to delectable sweet frybread from Off the Rez. There’s everything from British grub by Nosh to sticky BBQ from Wood Shop BBQ and gourmet grilled cheese by Cheese Wizards.

There will be activities for the kids, including a climbing wall.

The event benefits World Concern’s sustainable agriculture programs which help lift individuals and families out of poverty in Africa, Asia, and Haiti.

Worldwide, hunger kills more people every year than AIDS, malaria, and tuberculosis combined, but with your help, World Concern makes a lasting impact in the lives of the poor in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Haiti.

World Concern is a Christian global relief and development organization headquartered in Shoreline. Areas of expertise include disaster response, clean water, education, food security, child protection, microfinance and health.
