Following are selected items from the Shoreline Police Blotter, week ending 7-11-2016.
Individuals were Trespassed from the following businesses: Sylvia's Swimwear, Aurora Safeway (2), Aurora Village, Fred Meyer, Circle K, Chevron, Deseret Industries, Highland Ice Arena.
7-1 Someone took advantage of an elderly female, telling her that her car needed work, then performing some work on the car at her home, and overcharging her.
7-3 Male threatening suicide with a kitchen knife was transported to Northwest Hospital for a mental evaluation.
7-4 Physical fight between two adult males. One struck the other in the head with a closed folding knife. Arrested on outstanding warrants and booked in King County jail.
7-4 Adult female involuntarily committed after being stranded on business rooftop with cuts on her hands.
7-5 Intoxicated male fell down steps at apartment and would not cooperate with Aid. Involuntarily committed.
7-5 Man makes repeated calls to 911, reporting people in and around his house, but refuses to answer his door when police respond.
7-5 Unknown person threw a firework from a car which caused a small grass fire.
7-5 Female Trespassed from Chevron station at 155th and Aurora, then taken to Northwest by ambulance for detox.
7-6 Man Trespassed from Safeway after rubbing meat across his stomach rash.
7-8 Squatter removed from abandoned residence at 185th and Aurora was in possession of meth.
7-8 Trespasser found in shed of vacant home, in possession of crack pipe.
7-8 Arranged for someone to meet with man who was standing in road on 15th NE.
7-8 Burglary at 147xx Meridian and 15xx Perkins Way.
7-8 Cargo trailer containing $12,600 worth of carpet cleaning tools was stolen from storage facility parking lot at 188xx Aurora.
7-8 Ex-wife picking up mail interrupted a burglar in ex-husband's house.
7-8 Prostitute arrested at Shoreline Motel.
7-8 Male sleeping in bushes along Interurban Trail was taken to Pioneer Square shelter.
7-8 Small fire set in trash along road at 3200 block of NE 149th.
7-9 Man threatening to harm himself and others was taken to Northwest Hospital for evaluation.
7-10 Man calls friends to say goodbye before killing himself. Police and aid arrive in time.
