CONCERTS IN THE PARK – SUNSHINE JUNKIES
Part of the City of Shoreline’s Swingin’ Summer Eve
Wednesday, July 20, 7pm (rain or shine)
Cromwell Park
18030 Meridian Ave N, Shoreline
It’s time again for the City of Shoreline’s annual Swingin’ Summer Eve community festival! Gather your family and friends and come down to Cromwell Park on Wednesday, July 20 for an evening of food, games, used books, and live music. The fun kicks off at 5:30pm and the free performance by 4-piece roots/rock band, the Sunshine Junkies, starts at 7pm.
To provide beautiful soundscapes, this 4-piece roots/rock band often uses unique percussion instruments from around the world like the cajon, udu drum, and hang drum (an inside out steel drum from Switzerland that you play with your hands), as well as cool guitars and mad scientist pedal boards.
