Learn to be a Loop Ambassador using recycled biosolids
Wednesday, June 22, 2016
If you love gardening and meeting interesting people, King County Solid Waste has a
volunteer opportunity for you.
They are looking for people willing to learn and educate others about Loop®biosolids, the nutrient rich product of the wastewater treatment process, as well as soil fertility, nutrient recycling, carbon sequestration in soils, sustainable gardening, and more.
In exchange, Ambassadors will volunteer to staff public events and share what they have learned. The program is loosely modeled after the Master Gardeners program.
