SIFF at SCC - films scheduled for Sunday

Four new films are scheduled for Sunday at Shoreline Community College as a part of the Seattle International Film Festival. The campus address is 16101 Greenwood Ave N. The films are shown in the campus theater (campus maps)



Beware the Slenderman
USA - 2016 - 114 minutes - Irene Taylor Brodsky

An insightful, infuriating, heartbreaking, and gripping true-crime documentary delving into the brutal stabbing of a 12-year-old Wisconsin girl by her best friends, who claimed they were influenced by an internet bogeyman known as "the Slenderman."  Sunday, May 29, 2016 - 12:30pm

The Intervention
director Clea DuVall - USA, 2016 - 91 min

Actress Clea DuVall's directorial debut is a modern twist on The Big Chill, with a top-notch indie cast portraying a group of friends whose reunion getaway goes south when it is revealed that the trip was orchestrated as an intervention for one troubled marriage. Sunday, May 29, 2016 - 3:30pm
