The garden is open for the public Fridays - Sundays, and Mother’s Day weekend will be hosting a number of events for the entire family. Free tours of the garden on Saturday and Sunday are at 1 pm each day, family activities in the meadow at the Sprout Spot, and sculpture from local artists for sale throughout the upper garden.
Parking:
Due to limited parking at the event sites, off-site parking and shuttle service will be provided on Friday, May 6 and Saturday, May 7, at Richmond Beach Congregational Church located at 1512 NW 195th, Shoreline, and on Sunday, May 8 at Syre Elementary School at 19545 12th NW, Shoreline. Visitors are encouraged to use the shuttle to reduce impact on the neighborhood. Local residents are encouraged to walk or carpool, if possible.
The Kruckeberg Botanic Garden’s Plant Sale will be joining an event-filled weekend as part of the Richmond Beach Strawberry Festival on May 7th.
May 6-8th, 2016 10am - 5pm at the Kruckeberg Botanic Garden, 20312 15th Ave NW, Shoreline, 98177
Proceeds of the sale will benefit the Kruckeberg Botanic Garden Foundation. The Kruckeberg Botanic Garden Foundation is dedicated to sustaining the Kruckeberg legacy by demonstrating how plants enrich our lives and our community.
