Dance, sing, eat and enjoy good company at Maifest in Kenmore May 14

Maifest of the Austria Club of Washington, Saturday, May 14 from 1-5 pm, at the Kenmore Community Hall, 73rd Ave NE and NE Bothell Way, 7304 NE 175th St, Kenmore 98028,

Experience an authentic and traditional Maifest close to home.

The Austria Club has moved its spring festival back to the north end, to Kenmore, and opened the event to the public.

Entertainment by Happy Hans Band and participatory dance with members of the Enzian Schuhplattler.

This is a potluck - club members are bringing dishes to share and visitors also are encouraged to contribute. The club will provide Weißwurst and Leberkäse for a classic picnic treat. Beverages available for purchase at modest prices.

Tracht and traditional folk costumes encouraged (casual wear OK). Dance, sing, eat and enjoy good company.
