BALNA's Spring Clean-up Event

at Aldercrest park & 25th Ave Adopt-A-Road

Saturday ~ May 21 ~ 9:00 - 11:30 am

(meet on 25th Ave by the tennis courts)

Whether you like walking the park or 25th Ave to help clear litter, or tackling 'yard work' type activities, we can use your help. Students can earn community service hours.

Come for 30 minutes, an hour, or two. Any amount of time contributed makes a big difference. This is a fun and satisfying way to impact our neighborhood and keep our community spaces looking sharp!

If you have a gas-powered weed whacker, it would contribute to making quick work of clearing the overgrowth from the fence line and tennis courts. Sturdy gloves are recommended too, for anyone willing to help pull the old blackberry growth in the baseball dugout.

We'll hold this event rain or shine ~ either way the air will be fresh for the clean-up work!

25th NE, just off Ballinger Way with the Ballinger Neighborhood Association - all volunteers are welcome.
