In Lake Forest Park, Third Place Books sponsors The Good Knits Club. Their emphasis is on knitting for a good cause - for the second year their goal is 200 hats for the homeless.
They typically read shorter books, but still enjoy a good discussion while they knit or crochet at a table in Third Place Commons. On March 14 their book was
Salt to the Sea by Ruta Sepetys.
For their next meeting on April 11, the book will be
Let's Pretend This Never Happened by Jenny Lawson.
