Movie - Fed Up: February 16 at 11:30 am
Fed Up is a movie that shows how the first dietary guidelines issued by the U.S. government 30 years ago overlooked the role dietary sugar plays in increasing risk of obesity, diabetes, and associated outcomes, particularly in children. Free popcorn!
Dealing with Loss: February 17 at 10 am
A new monthly group for support and discussion. Identify ways to heal and care for yourself and others in your life. Please bring a family member or friend. Facilitated by Debbie Yoro, Social Worker.
Fitness and Strengthening: All Fridays at 10am
All levels welcome. Join Health Coach Chelsea Calpe as she leads a class that will incorporate strengthening, flexibility, and endurance. This is a new class that uses dumbbells for a portion of the class.
