Thank you for allowing me to represent you on The Board of Commissioners. I have eighteen years’ experience, and I am a USAF veteran. My disaster recovery goals are almost met. We have reinforced our water tanks to resist a major earthquake. Our water supply is sufficient for population growth beyond 2060. Our conservation investment is $2 million per year for the regional program. Rates have gone up, but our district rates have been kept below the cost of living index despite wholesale increases over that benchmark. I was recently elected Board President, and I have established excellent working relationships among various cities and suppliers in the region. It is my goal to hold rate increases down while insuring supply and reliability. Our Board works well together, and we support our staff needs resulting in many accolades from customers. Your vote will allow me to continue as your representative.
