Shoreline boat thief caught on camera

Kiro TV has a story about a man who stole a boat from Richmond Beach, while the owner watched from his deck and called 9-1-1.
The police dispatched Guardian One which followed the man as he went to Kitsap county and radioed police there, who were waiting near the shore when he landed.
