Shorewood improved their league WesCo South record to 2-0 and 4-1 overall. Sophomore Marin Counter moved up to singles, senior captain Jelena Bojic was not available, and defeated her opponent 6-2, 6-2 to help the T-Birds defeat the Lynnwood Royals 4-3. Emily Wright and Amy Buswell helped the Thunderbirds win three of four singles matches. Genevieve O’Malley and Grace Taylor also won at number one doubles. Shorewood meets Edmonds- Woodway on Friday at Edmonds- Woodway at 3:30pm.
