| Give blood - get juice and cookies |

The mobile unit from Bloodworks Northwest (formerly Puget Sound Blood Center) will be at the corner of Richmond Beach Road and 20th Ave NW this Saturday, April 25, from 10am until 4pm.
The Richmond Beach neighborhood drive got the "Bloodworks era" off to a rousing start in February with 26 donors. 18 of those had made appointments online to ensure a quick in-and-out, but the bloodmobile had no trouble taking the eight walk-ups that day.
The drive is always looking for "new blood," and especially encourages people who have donated once or twice in the past few years, or young people who donated when in high school, to come back to the neighborhood event and make it an every-other-month routine.
