Einstein wrestling suffers first loss at hands of Explorer

Tuesday, March 3, 2015

Einstein wrestling suffered their first loss of the season today 60-45 at Explorer Middle School on Tuesday, March 3.

After eighth grader Shinkwang Moon pinned his opponent at 108 pounds, the Tigers held an early 21-9 lead. Explorer showed great patience, capitalizing on Einstein mistakes to win the next four matches, all by pin. It was neck and neck over the next several weights. Ultimately, a few close calls went against Einstein and Explorer pulled away for good.

Einstein wrestles next on Thursday, March 5th, at home against Harbor Point.
