Shorecrest Girls trounce Meadowdale 49-31

Shorecrest went on a 12-0 run to start the third quarter to open up a 19-point lead, on the way to defeating the visiting Meadowdale Mavs 49-31 Monday night.

The game was rescheduled from last Wednesday after all after-school events were cancelled following a threat to the District's security.

Juniors Wurrie Njadoe and Uju Chibuogwu led the Scots in scoring with 12 points.  Ally Steen was the game's top scorer with 14 for the Mavs.
