Planning Commission public hearing on 185th Station subarea zoning Thursday

The Shoreline Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 15, 2015 on the regulations and zoning for the 185th transit station subarea which includes about half of the Echo Lake Neighborhood, and large sections of North City and Meridian Park neighborhoods.

The document being finalized will include not only the zoning for building height and density, but details such as parking structure design, type of businesses allowed or not allowed, parks or no parks, inclusion of affordable housing, building set-backs, etc.

Public comment will be allowed.
