In honor of the Seattle Seahawks playoff game against the Carolina Panthers Saturday, it will be “Blue Friday” at City Hall January 9!
Join Mayor Winstead, other Councilmembers, and City staff as they raise the 12th Man Flag at 12:12pm in front of City Hall.
