The Shoreline Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, December 4, 7-9pm City Hall Council Chamber, 17500 Midvale Ave N to discuss the Planned Action Ordinance for the 185th Subarea.

Future Planning Commission meetings:
A planned action is a development project whose impacts have been addressed by an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) associated with a plan for a specific geographic area before individual projects are proposed. A planned action involves detailed SEPA review and preparation of EIS documents in conjunction with sub-area plans, consistent with RCW 43.21C.031and WAC 197-11-164 through WAC 197-11-172. Such up-front analysis of impacts and mitigation measures then facilitates environmental review of subsequent individual development projects.Exhibits include:

Why does the map caption read, "note that it changes with every meeting"? Are we supposed to believe where she stops, nobody knows? Can you say Martha Stewart?

ReplyDelete@1:40 You have revealed one of the City's trade secrets: The unreadable map. Notice how Exhibit A could have been a link to a legible map, but wasn't. A legible copy is available on the City's website. See if you can find it.
