The Daily Journal of Commerce reports that Merlone Geier Partners of San Francisco is the buyer of Lake Forest Park Town Center in a $37 million deal. Madison Marquette of Washington D.C. is the seller.
Town Center, located at the intersection of Ballinger Way and Bothell Way, at 250,130-square feet is by zoning codes, the primary business district in Lake Forest Park.
Paul and Billy Sleeth of Colliers International represented the seller.
Merlone Geier Partners are also the new owners of the Tops Foods properties in western Washington, including Shoreline and Edmonds.

It wiull be interesting to see what changes happen. They did not renew the lease for the Edmonds TOP Foods; currently it is a Halloween store. I miss TOP!
I don't miss Shoreline Top/Haggen. They had the highest prices, even compared to Central Market. I do miss when Food Giant/Mayfair was in that location - that hydraulic box bin was fun to play in! Will be interesting to see what changes to Town Center may come to pass.
