According to The Association Press, the driver of the motor home that crashed down steps at the University of Washington Tacoma was a Shoreline woman.
The brakes failed on the motor home just purchased by 65-year-old Peggy Wilby of Shoreline, who died Monday when she was ejected from the out of control vehicle.
Police found a bill of sale in the wreckage that said the 18-foot motor home was not safe to drive and should be towed.
